Important Information

The Blade 120 SR is a fixed-pitch heli that will give you the confidence to master the basics of single-rotor flight. Its unique rotor head was specifically designed to provide the inherent stability of a co-axial helicopter, but provide the agile control of a single rotor helicopter. Modeled after the popular ultra micro-sized Blade mSR, the sub micro-sized 120 SR is larger, faster, and more powerful -- which makes outdoor flight a reality.

It comes out of the box 100% factory built and equipped with a factory-installed 5-in-1 control unit with Spektrum 2.4GHz DSM2 compatible receiver, main motor ESCs, mixer, gyro, and fully proportional servos. A ready-to-fly version with 2.4GHz DSM2 transmitter and a Bind-N-Fly version without transmitter, for those who already own a DSM2 aircraft transmitter, are available. Both include a 1S 500mAh Li-Po battery and a single-cell, Variable Rate Li-Po charger as well as an AC power supply.

I have had nothing but problems with the tail motor. This is the 3rd tail motor I got. It flies well and then you get the 360 dances as I call it. Wow hobby has A tail upgrade, and I will try this. And if it don't work then no more tail motor heli. Belt or shaft drive only. And this summer if it won"t fly I will set on fire and let it go up as far as it can go and it can go to the moon.

I recently purchased the 120 SR RTF after having flown my CX3 for some time. I unpacked it, read the manual and was hovering on the first battery. It is very stable and easy to control. I would highly recommend this heli for anyone who has flown a coaxial. The dual rate function is a big help when first starting out.

Having recently dared to buy and fly the Blade mSR successfully, I decided to do the same with the 120 SR. It's considerably more powerful and, therefore, faster than the mSR. Having said that, if one takes things SLOWLY at first, you, like I, will be flying accident-free in less than ONE battery. It's a sweet machine.
