This little heli is amazing, i found it a bit difficult to fly inside compared to my msrx since its so fast. I am a novice though but a little bit bigger space is where this heli really shines. Either a gym or in your back yard and you will have a blast!
Some spare parts you should have on hand are a feathering spindle or two (bent mine on the first day) and a spare motor as i have read many reviews that say they don't last very long. That being said mine is still going strong after about 20 or 30 flights.
I have had a lot of pretty hard crashes and finally it hit the ground hard enough to toast the receiver board so it takes quite a beating but crash it a lot and it will cost you $$$

This little bird is absolutely wonderful. This was actually my second one. First one I lost in a gust of wind outside and never saw again but that was my fault and not the heli. I just started flying CP helis about 4 months ago and I've learned more in the last 3 weeks of flying this than I had previous to getting it. It is extremely crash resistant, and most things that break can be fixed quickly with CA. Especially if you are new to CP flight, purchase one or two extra main motors as they are the first to go if you crash a lot. Other than that, get it and have fun, you won't regret it.

This little Heli is amazing, but first let me comment about the Red Rocket service. I placed the order on Friday morning and that next Monday night I was flying this heli (and that was the free shipping option!). The Nano is much more capable then me as a pilot. Plus: "it can take a licking and keep on ticking. " I also have a msr, mcpx and this heli clearly is a better machine.

Very similar to the MCPx in the way it flys. The tail seems a bit jumpy while hovering. MCPx's can be that way but this one is more so. This little heli is much less stable while flying inverted than the MCPx or the larger 130X. I was flying in no breeze and so I was expecting more inverted stability. A big positive for this heli is its very small mass. With this small a mass it has much less inertia and therefore can take a medium crash with absolutely no damage. The downside is that any breeze will move it around quite a bit. Its size makes it harder to see at a distance than other small helis. That seems obvious but I found myself flying it like the other small birds and then losing its orientation and having to power off to avoid a crash. I give it generally good marks but I enjoy flying the MCPx a bit more.
