Red Rocket International Shipping Information and Policy
Red Rocket Hobbies now ships to just about anywhere on Earth! All shipments leaving the USA must process through our partner Bongo International. In addition to our Store Policy provided on this website the following additional policy applies to all orders shipping outside of the USA: Returns and Warranty: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for any return regardless of reason. The warranty for our products is issued in the USA only, and does not cover return shipping costs. We will cover warranty shipping only to your USA address provided by our partner Bongo International. We will also be glad to assist you with any technical issue you may have with your order or product purchased from us. Rewards Points: Due to processing requirements for International orders, rewards points are currently not eligible for any order shipping outside of the USA.

International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click
here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International
Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties
and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase.
We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the
order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or
registration processes with this service.
