Returns and Warranty: The customer is responsible for return shipping for any return regardless of reason. The warranty for our products is issued in the USA only, and does not cover return shipping costs. We will cover warranty shipping only to your USA address provided by our partner Bongo International.

Once you open a Bongo account you will be provided with a unique USA shipping address and you can checkout using our shopping cart. Important Note: Once you open your Bongo account, be sure and use your assigned USA shipping address for both billing and shipping fields in our shopping cart at checkout.
A brief overview of how our international shipping works:
- Simply open an account at Bongo using the Global Checkout link. Once your account is open and you have been issued a USA shipping address, you can use our standard checkout. Simply use your Bongo shipping address in billing and shipping fields on our checkout.
- We ship your order to the Bongo warehouse for you.
- Once your package arrives at Bongo you can hold it there while you order other items to consolidate, have photos of the product emailed to you, or have the them rushed to your doorstep depending on your needs.
- While your Bongo account is active you can order anytime using your own personal USA shipping address.
