This plane is just a little faster than a Vapor. It is a very durable trainer that is fun to fly. It could probably penetrate a very slow, 3-4 mph, breeze if flown outside.
To give a comparison for speed, you would probably have no trouble passing it if you were jogging. I fly mine in a gym. Even from below the basketball nets, about 8 feet, it still takes a while to hit the floor. It bounces off of everything, walls, ceiling beams, floor and backstops. I have yet to break any part and I have banged it into just about everything at full speed.
my piloting skills have really imroved with this aircraft. I rarely crash now.
It was so much fun to fly, I bought another one so a buddy could fly with me.
It is not too aerobatic, but neither am I. It is a superior, maintenance free, trainer.
The DSM2 transmitter for my Vapor was used as a second transmitter. It took several tries and about 5 minutes for the reciever to bind. After that I had no trouble.
