I have not been able to charge a single battery with this. $110 down the drain. It detects that all my batteries voltages are too low, when they are just fine. I can't believe the manufacturer and RedRocket for that matter would let a defective product like this continue to sell. Shame on you guys!

Bad balance voltage detection.

The unit did not work, complained of not having the correct balance voltages. Called the manufacturer tech support and they said they'd seen it before. I put a volt meter across the balancer connector points to find the 3.7v intervals as steps, they were there. The charger has a manufacturing defect, which the mfg-er has seen before, yet they let it out the door. Then they said they would need 5 days to "test it" after they received it before sending one back to me. With 5 days shipping each way, this was a 15 day turn around.
I told them I want to return it and buy from another vendor. I can smell bad QC and support when I see it.
